A Citrus County woman has reached a settlement in her lawsuit against Bridgestone/Firestone Co. and several other companies she said were responsible for a crash that killed her husband and injured their sons in July 2001. Ronnie Stone, 52, of Inverness, filed the lawsuit in 2003 on behalf of her late husband, Howard, and their sons, Joseph and Shaun.

The three were on Interstate 75 near the State Road 52 overpass when the on the right rear tire of their Ford Aerostar separated, the lawsuit said.
